The Lantern’s Ember⭐⭐ (The Pumpkin was Fun..)

Dracula⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (I want you to believe.. to believe in things that you cannot.)

The vampire novel that started it all, Bram Stoker's Dracula probes deeply into human identity, sanity, and the dark corners of Victorian sexuality and desire. Sweep vol I ⭐⭐1/2 (Look! A Cardboard Boyfriend!)

The first three Sweep books bound into one gorgeous edition! Morgan Rowlands never thought she was anything other than a typical sixteen-year-old girl. But when she meets Cal, a captivatingly handsome coven leader, she makes a discover that turns her whole world upside down: she is a witch, descended from an ancient and powerful line. And so is Cal. The Realm of the Elderlings⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (From the Queen of High Fantasy)

I have, after years of reading, finished The Realm of the Elderlings, and it has been the best journey ever! We all have given out 5 star ratings to books in our lives. But I think that we all have those books that are in a class of their own to each of us. So here I’ll do my first 6 star review, and it is for a whole series. I’ll try to keep it short and not drone on and on with this declaration off love for the books.

Sense and Sensibility⭐⭐⭐⭐1/2 (”The more I know of the world, the more am I convinced that I shall never see a man whom I can really love. I require so much!”)

Jane Austen's novel tells the story of Marianne Dashwood, who wears her heart on her sleeve, and when she falls in love with the dashing but unsuitable John Willoughby she ignores her sister Elinor's warning that her impulsive behaviour leaves her open to gossip and innuendo. Meanwhile Elinor, always sensitive to social convention, is struggling to conceal her own romantic disappointment, even from those closest to her. Through their parallel experience of love - and its threatened loss - the sisters learn that sense must mix with sensibility if they are to find personal happiness in a society where status and money govern the rules of love.

Don’t Tempt Me⭐⭐⭐ (All aboard the Express train!)
